Tony was AMAZING!! We rented a storage shed last week that was the size we thought we needed. When we showed up this evening 30 minutes before the office closed we realized there was no way all the stuff we needed to put in the unit would fit. Tony was swamped with customers but greeted everyone who came in the door like they were his best friend. He moved quickly through the line of people and never lost focus, his smile or his upbeat attitude. We told him our problem and he swapped our unit to a bigger one. I have rented more than one storage unit in my life and this was the best experience. In fact this was one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had!! Thank you Tony for making a stressful situation so much less stressful!!!

Matt & Tony at Federal Way Boise, ID site are Top Shelf staff members! They provided insurance and lock requirement purchase options quickly and provided a tour to the unit we rented. This site is extremely clean and site is very secure. So glad we found these guys and the site!

I tried making an online payment and for some reason the web page crashed. After trying a second time it did the same thing! I immediately called Extra Space Storage and spoke with the Store Manager at the Boise-Federal Way location, Tony. He was very apologetic and worked above and beyond to make sure this was resolved. He assured me I wouldn’t be penalized with a late fee given the circumstances. I was very impressed! I have rented from other storage unit facilities in the past and by far this has been my most positive experience notwithstanding the online payment error. Highly recommend Tony and his staff at Extra Space Storage to anyone! Bravo!!!

Long and complicated story short, I only had several short days off to move to Boise, and putting things in storage was the quickest and easiest option given my limited schedule... But this meant hitting the ground running after a long work week, hastily shoving my belongings into a rented SUV (A U-Haul was $2K+, and I don't have that much stuff!!!), then driving until I was at the brink of exhaustion. Tony went above and beyond to make me feel welcome by providing superior, friendly customer service... When I said that I had a lock but it was buried in one of the boxes, most places would've said to store it at my own risk or insist I buy a new lock, Tony actually let me borrow one until I was able to find it! The facilities were super clean and looks like new, and the prices are extremely reasonable; I highly recommend coming here for your storage needs!

I have to say this was the most painless experience! TONY and RICARDO are without a doubt, hands down AMAZING!!!!! I will recommend Extra Space to whoever I can! I feel safe storing my belongings here. The customer service they provided was out of this world! Great job guys!
