Chari is amazing! Moving from North Carolina to Boise is stressful enough. They made everything easy from a distance as far as securing a unit, going through the sizes and what would work best for us. The morning the van arrived, Chari met us early along with the moving van. The facility is clean. The location is great, team is amazing. You never know when you’re researching storage facilities from far away what they’re truly going to be like, this is did not disappoint, with an amazing team and clean facility/units.

Great location and awesome price for a clean, secure, and beautiful storage facility. Staff is super friendly but like everything else it got too expensive to keep items in storage.

As with most storage rental places, there are a couple of extra fees (move-in, insurance) that aren't stated in the initial price, but I expected that. What I didn't expect is that, on a Saturday, I could fill out information and pay online, be at the location 30 minutes later, and it was ready. The staff were kind, knowledgeable, and very helpful. The facility itself is clean, organized, and seems very secure. Highly recommend!
