On a whole this is a good storage unit. It’s brand new and I’ve seen them cleaning the indoor areas, so it’s very clean and well lit. They have lots of options for sizes which is nice when you don’t have tons of stuff to store (or if you do). The two things I don’t like are there are a couple hidden fees when you sign up and you can’t use your own lock. Also, if you sign up recommend skimming the contract, there is a section that you can choose not to sign, which I would recommend not signing in my 0 legal background opinion.

Kind, professional and knowledgeable! The staff goes out of their way to make sure that you are taken care of....they even called me to let me know I had not put a lock on my unit. They put a lock on for me and had the keys waiting for me in the office. That to me is 5 star service. Thank you for all you do!!

I needed a place to store my car, the staff at ESS are wonderful, they carefully explained the pricing, what was available and how to sign on. I did have some confusion getting an account but that was mostly me not them, as I dont use my phone for anything but a phone and camera. The place is brand new, spotless and in a very central location. It is large but there is plenty of parking as needed. I recommend this facility as they are very responsive to the publics needs.
