Everything was very easy from renting a storage space to moving out of the unit. The location is fantastic and Doug was kind enough to lend me a broom when glass broke in my unit. I am very pleased with my experience.

So far my experience has been good. The online seamless leasing seemed pretty straight forward, and I received an email with my access code and instructions. Not 5 minutes later, I received a text telling me I had to stop by the managers office before going to my unit. It was a couple of hours before I stopped by the management office and the lady working there had no idea why I had to stop by, everything was fine. However, she went out with me to try my code, which didn't work. I couldn't get it to work, and she couldn't get it to work. She told me she would try to figure out the problem and text me when it was fixed, which she did a couple of hours later. Everything has been fine since then, but the initial process was anything but seamless.
