Extra Space Storage is a very clean and secure storage facility. I've stored belongings at other facilities and I find that Extra Storage is very clean and well patrolled. Whenever I am at the units I work in, I see Cassia walking through the units to make sure everything is safe, secure, and well maintained. The one time that I smelled chemicals and strong orders of Gasoline in the hallways, Cassia was quick to answer my call and look into the matter. There are two easily accessed elevators to carry belongings to the second floor. There are multiple maps posted all throughout the building. Aisles are wide enough for two carts/trollies to pass through. I find that there are ample amounts of trollies to use, granted some seem to have a mind of their own, but most are great! I will note that there are dents in some hall corners, but nothing that inhibits use or safety in any way. The halls are light by natural light (2nd floor) and motion sensors. Most units are easily lit this way, but some might find a portable light source to be helpful. Halls are clean. The bathrooms are pristine. The water fountian is strong and has somewhat of an odd flavor (I'm told I am a water person and can taste subtleties in flavor. I'm sure the water is good quality.) Rent per sqft seems reasonable and fair for this area. Access is easy and the loading bay is fantastic when I have to get large orders to vehicles, especially in the winter! I often see staff checking the facilities and I've found Cassia to be cheerful, quick, and extremely helpful whenever I need help with anything. TLDR: Great Storage Facility. Clean. Friendly staff. Good parking and loading. Fair pricing

Great customer service! Well maintained facility! I love the garage parking so you do not have to worry about loading or unloading in bad weather. Rental prices are competitive and there is a wide variety of unit sizes so you can pick what is right for you. I feel confident in how secure my belongings are here. There is also a large elevator so getting to the second floor is easy as can be!
