This storage facility is very clean and the digital access feature is really nice! I booked my unit online and it was very easy to set up. I moved into my unit on a Saturday after office hours. The reason I am mention this is to credit McKay with great customer service. I borrowed a trailer to move my things and when I arrived to move into my unit I could not find the lock that I had added on when booking my unit online. It stated the lock would be in the unit ready for me when I moved it but I could not locate it, it must have been over looked. Nevertheless I had borrowed a trailer for all my things so I had two choices and I elected to move my items into the unit despite the fact that my items were not secured. Unfortunately the next day was a Sunday and the office would not be open. I called and left a message to let them know as my plan was to get the lock Monday. As Sunday went on I could not fight my nagging feeling that my personal belongings were sitting in a unit unsecured. I went out and had to purchase a lock for my unit and left another message letting them know that I did so. I promptly received a call and voicemail on Monday morning from McKay apologizing for the inconvenience and she took care of me by refunding me the charge for the lock that was not left in the unit. Thank you McKay for your customer service and getting this rectified so timely. Highly recommended this location if it is in proximity to you!
