Marisela at Extra Space Storage was fantastic to work with. She was super helpful when one of my pieces turned out to be too big for the original unit—I was honestly expecting that to turn into a hassle, but she handled it immediately and got me into a larger unit without any friction. She was efficient, knowledgeable, and got everything handled quickly so I could get in and out without losing momentum on my move. Exactly what you want in that situation.
