Jessica and Angel were fantastic. They helped me find the perfect unit for my needs, gave me a tour of the facility so I could understand how everything works, and gave me a great deal on the price too. The building itself is modern and clean, easily accessible and plenty of nearby parking. My unit was spacious, clean, and exactly as promised. Very impressed with the customer service.

The team at the Ashland Ave. location were great! I originally booked my unit via the national call center (which I wasn’t necessarily aware of) but when I went on site to ask a few more questions, the team gave me a more personalized assessment of my needs and easily upgraded the size of my unit. Jessica was awesome at explaining the difference and getting me into a unit that better suited my needs. She even walked me through how I would access the building and my unit the day of my move. She even walked me through using my own personal lock! My situation is very stressful at the moment, but I feel so much more at ease because of the customer service she provided.

Straight forward, helpful front desk (Marisela), clean facilities, can back up a moving truck next to the gates, elevator access. Would recommend moving when their office hours are open (different from their access hours) as they walk you through the process.
