Love this place. Everyone is so pleasant and helpful. Johnny was incredibly helpful and made my experience of replacing my lock a breeze. Met me at my unit right away and even helped clean the debris from the lock. I recommend anyone in the area try this storage unit the staff is professional and the place is so clean.

My mom ended up in the hospital unable to take care of her storage fee. I called and spoke with Johnny who provided top notch service. He patiently and thoroughly walked me through everything I needed in order to take care of her unit fee.

There only bad thing here is that my bill went from $50 to $120 to $155 and then $179 per month for the same 10x10 unit over a 3 year period! Pretty excessive increases…but no other issue at this place..
