I lost my key for the storage space. I thought it was going to jump over hurdles to get help, but the workers made it so painless. They quickly removed the old lock and within 5 mins, had a new lock and keys. I am so happy with the customer service. The men are always professional and kind.

Best storage experience ever. Eric is the BEST! He helped me so much from opening my lock since I had lost my keys to showing me how to move my stuff out. Eric is super helpful, nice and patient.
