My overall experience is 5.0. I arrived last minute and Rakeya needed to cut off lock-could of said didn't have time. I really needed to drop off before 6pm. She was extremely gracious and helped make sure everything was fine. I was having a bad day-she made it better. Very pleased. Long time user of storage.
