Jaime is like a human version of sunshine. And he's an Aries! Makes sense. Moving is so stressful, especially moving out the country, and I just appreciate him making the process so easy and stress-free. His whole attitude is "I got you." Sign of relief. The facility is kept immaculate, and Jaime has a very sophisticated camera system set up that adds to a sense of safety and security. They give you a very sturdy maximum security lock on the units. I've been to other storage places where they don't look you in the eye, don't answer your questions, and don't have the time of day for you, which makes you feel like, "Is my stuff gonna be safe if no one cares?" Jaime provides really outstanding customer service and takes personal pride in running the place like a dream machine. Pricing also seems super reasonable compared to other places I've used in the past. Lastly, they have all your boxes covered. They provide an all-inclusive moving "kit" for $60 that comes with multiple boxes, tape, bubble wrap. I immediately bought it to make life easier. Anyways, no problem giving 5 stars or even 10.

A great place to store…with so much more. Not only an expansive NEW facility but the management team is as good as it gets. Rena is a delight and makes everything you need seem effortless, Jamie is equally as responsive and knowledgeable. They make it safe, accommodating and function seamlessly. The pair are one of the best work duos I’ve had the pleasure of interacting around. They are fun and quick and clearly “get it.” They truly care about the people here, they keep the facility stunning and the genuinely laugh the whole day. I’m here sometimes twice a day and I can honestly say that in my 20 years using various storage locations for both personal and business use, there is something magic at this location and with those two.
