So I placed an order for a storage unit online. The next day I called I believe I spoke with Reggie. He was so helpful and even made a video to show me the place and how to enter the unit. I had told him that I wouldnt be able to come by during business hours. I actually moved my stuff from another storage place nearby.. which was about the same price for a smaller unit. Thank you so much I'll be coming to you guys for all my storage needs and highly recommend them!! Reggie 5 stars for your service!!

I have been with different Extra Space storage fore the past 5 years. I am on a fixed budget and have a place thats too small to store the extra things after moving from a 3 bed house. So, extra Space was the best option and best prices. Amelia was extremely helpful and accommodating. All paperwork and details were handled online and me on the phone. She prepared me for all the details I needed to know. Info to love renting with extra space. I have only one concern and that is they always raise the rent almost every 3 months in some years that I have rented. This is extra hard on me having a fixed income and their insurance is quite high. The good thing is There are great special prices at different locations that can be taken advantage of. Overall I give them a 5 star. Their facilities are always clean. Thanks Extra space Johnnie

Customer service was great, very friendly, I got a tour and I was very happy. Maria has walked me trough the whole process, she has been super helpful. Would recommend getting a unit here.

As a fist time storage user Maria Luna was excellent in explaining everything I needed to know. She went above and beyond on making me feel welcomed and answered all my question .. great customer service and great personality!
