Staff is extremely kind, caring and helpful, especially Kari. SHE GOES ABOVE AND BEYOND. A RARE FIND. I have to admit the facility is a bit scary if you go there alone in the evening. Facility is well taken care of. It is clean since Extra Space Storage took over and repaired all the leaks and then some. On the down side, my rent has doubled within a few years.

Setting this up was great, however, prices have more than doubled since a year ago. My unit is in the FAR back area and the lights turn off every 3 minutes, so I have to stop what I’m doing, walk to the front of that area, wave my arms like a car dealership blow-up mascot, and then return to my belongings. It’s annoying…even more annoying when the price hike came and I got nothing for it….

Is a nice clean place and personal is really helpful and friendly, they do go beyond the expectations to help you out, the only downside is that prices increase double after your initial months
