My wife and I have a unit at your facility on Richmond. Road, it is very clean. It is very open, but the best thing about that facility is the gentleman that works there. His name is Arthur 1 day. I thought you had 3 employees work in there. I had seen him in the office. I seen him buffing the floors. And then working a cleaning car but because I didn't have my glasses on. I didn't realize and recognize that. The person that I've been seeing for the last couple hours that I've been. There was Arthur always doing something always busy. Always with a hello. How are you and a smile and for a short time? I thought he had a room in the back. So that being said, you have a wonderful facility and it's nice and it's clean. But what makes it outstanding and wonderful? Is that great employee Arthur? That works at the Richmond facility. My name is Joey. My wife's name is kimbie we have a unit there 1018, thank you so much. Blessings ??

Whoah! Talk about a WONDERFUL experience!! I read reviews before arriving to get my bed out of my parent's storage unit but was confused on how/what to do to get it out. The reviews spoke of a guy named Stewart and BELIEVE EVERYTHING YOU READ about him. He is fricking AMAZING!! So friendly, so personable, just an overall delight and high vibrations/positive energy. He helped show me where the unit was, how the garage door works... the most patient human being you'll meet! Great Experience! Thank you so much for your time.
