Very clean space all white and gray interior- it would be handy to have a few wall mounted space maps once inside the building - easy to get lost -I suggest a wall map posting like in most buildings which post a floor plan map “You are Here”

Shawn Menefee, the Assistant Site Manager at the Naperville Extra Storage facility at 1423 W Ogden Ave, was extremely helpful and patient in answering all of my questions about their storage units, about the lease and insurance options for the storage unit, as well as details for accessing the unit. Helpful staff- assisted me with security entrance and guided me to my space. The facility is clean, climate controlled, & secure. There are carts at entrance to move your stuff.

Came in just as the manager was closing to look at and open a unit. Super professional and she stayed a few minutes past her end time to help sort me out. We rented here for about six months when we did a rehab and the place still looks brand new. Units are clean, climate controlled is available, and priced just fine for this area but you pay for what you get. 100% would recommend.
