Marvin at the Fishers, Indiana location on Brookschool Road was extremely helpful today. Changes were needed to fit my needs after I booked to get a storage unit. He helped us right away. I needed to have a unit on the 1st floor rather than 2nd floor. Within minutes, I had a unit on the 1st floor. It remained indoors and the same size. Thank you Marvin! Tina Barnheart

Kyle, the manager of the location, was extremely helpful as well as dedicated to the general rules and guidelines that those who participate in the auctions SHOULD follow. Used this storage for a year our spot was on the second floor. Really easy to set up online, in a great location, and they have a bunch of flatbed carts to use!!! Elevators are easy to use.The guy at the desk is very kind and keeps the place looking spotless. Definitely recommend.
