Heather & April at the Granger, IN, location are outstanding. When I was ready to get my storage rental going, I called after hitting a roadblock on the website. Heather explained the online process and helped me understand what my next steps were to be. I called again with another question, and April took me through the process for finalizing my rental. Both are professional, sharp and personable. This followed an earlier experience calling the national call center and encountering someone whose selling tactics turned me off. It felt like a bait and switch sales operation. After talking with Heather and April, I was reassured that they know their operation inside and out, and that I was in good hands. Thank you so much, Heather & April. You helped to turn the experience into a very positive one!

Heather was wonderful. I came to see the unit in person and had an amazing experience. She was patient while showing me all their options and was very helpful while explaining their plans. Overall, totally recommend for other university students. Very affordable, great customer service, and good location.

I had the best experience. The place was clean and the staff were friendly. They explained everything in the terms and even allowed me to change the size of the storage I needed on site. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a storage unit!!!

I love the bigger space and having 24hr access and when you had a leak you contacted me right away to protect my stuff. Your space is twice the size of uhaul storage and less expensive too.
