The online purchasing experience was so easy and user friendly. When having a couple questions and concerns, talking to the store manager Anthony, he was super kind and helpful. He showed me to my unit and told me some good information since this is the first time I’ve ever used a storage facility.

I've had my challenges with this location in the past but I met the newer manager, Anthony, and he was very helpful. He went above and beyond to help me with an issue I was having with my unit. The biggest issue I have with this location is they seem to bump the lease too often and by a large margin. The last bump was 14%. Come on Extra Space, that's too much. Imagine if our lease/rent for our homes was that much every six months. Ridiculous.

We often adjust our customers' rental rates to keep up with the rising costs associated with providing top-notch service and a clean, secure facility. We make sure to mail a notice to the address on file 30 days in advance prior to the new rate taking effect so we apologize you did not receive it. In some cases, it can be mistaken as junk mail and thrown away due to it being the size of a postcard. Periodically rates are reviewed. Sometimes an increase is issued due to things such as bringing the rate closer to the market rate which would be why it did not match the online web rate. Extra Space staff was very accommodating. My one and only complaint is the frequent price hikes. In this economy, paying more for the same amount of (small) space was a struggle.
