Mr. John made my unit transfer easy and pleasant. I definitely like his customer service. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone. It's clean, and I haven't seen any problems at all in the month and a half so far .

Awesome customer service from Shirley. I rented out a store unit online for extra storage space on 501 Fulton St, Indianapolis and paid for it but when I got to the site with a full truck to store my stuff , the office was closed and I didn’t receive access codes! I had to rent out a new unit at a different location. Today I called for a refund and Shirley was fantastic! she was very polite and initiated the $102.39 refund with apologies. I’m super happy with the great customer service experience today! Thank you again Shirley! Keep up the wonderful job!
