Martina is fantastic and the only reason I store my belongings at Extra Space Storage!! I've had my storage bin since 2013 and Martina is by far the BEST manager I've ever had the pleasure of speaking and working with all these years. I referred a friend and they had nothing but great things to say about her exceptional customer service skills as well. She goes above and beyond to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your decision. You can't find an employee with her type of qualifications and compassion for her customers.

Have never had a manager be more helpful..Martina is the perfect employee..she went above an beyond her job duties to explain how everything worked down to the most minimal detail..extra space storage is way ahead having her as a employee...

Excellent customer service. I’ve held multiple units at this facility, and Brandy & co. have always been very helpful whenever I’ve needed to move around and size up or down a unit. Clean and dry facility, never had any vermin problems or water/odor issues. The outdoor units provide good vertical space.

We were in a major pinch and contacted Extra Space Storage very late at night. The next morning, we were able to unload our belongings. The storage unit was ready and clean. Martina, the facility manager, was exceptional. She helped us in every way possible. We highly recommend Extra Space Storage.
