If I could give more stars I would. Starting from my initial set up with Kierra, quite possibly the kindest person I've met in Kentucky, then the excellent follow-up and support from the gentlemen who run the location, it doesn't get any better than this from a well-run company. If this team opened up a business doing anything else I needed, I would choose them hands down without even needing to research other options; that's how good they are!! :)

I really like how everything can be done online from picking out your storage unit to signing the lease and making the payments to having access immediately after. The convenience of the loading bay to unload/load your items and carts to get your items to/from your storage unit are extremely helpful. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.
