I’ve been at this location for approximately 15 years. My wife has been there for 20 years. We have two units along with a parking spot. The place is very secure cameras everywhere. Your staff is wonderful and very courteous and ready to do whatever is needed to accommodate me, and which has been needed on multiple occasions. The only complaint I have is the continuous rate increases and the expense charging for the units. It’s one of the highest companies I’ve done business with. If I did not Have absolutely full units it would’ve benefit me financially to go to Another company. That also comes with a little bit of laziness and lack of time that I have available to move it. With that being said everything else, I’m unable to complain about and very pleased.

I called and spoke with Misty who was absolutely wonderful. Not only did she take the time to assist me with my issue but she also took the time to educate me about using their app and how it would be able to assist me in the future. Her tone was pleasant and kind which I find rare in these days and times.

Experience was great at setup. Alyssa was hilarious and pleasant. She explained the process in a very clear and articulated way. Could definitely tell she been doing it for awhile. Wife and I was just kind of shopping storages to get away from the one we had paying an outrageous amount. But this place prices were far better and after talking to Alyssa, we just went ahead and signed up with them. Clearly getting a better deal with them.

Decent space. $46/month for a 5' x 10' unit. Good security procedures in place, HOWEVER this particular location lacked some security measures. The gates would often be left open when they should automatically close. The automatic doors to the storage buildings were commonly broken, basically allowing anyone to enter. So be cautious if you're on the first floor. Finally, the elevators were out of date and where only updated after someone was trapped inside and the fire department had to come. 3/5 stars.
