*Updating this review to shout out to Julius and Len who were very nice and helpful helping me get a new lock when I lost the keys to mine. Didn’t have to call a locksmith, $20 later and I was all set up with a new lock. They also let you keep a key there I found out, which I suspect will come in handy when I inevitably lose mine again. Unbeatable prices, clean and new, with an easy as pie reservation process online. Taylor was friendly, attentive and very helpful. There was a complication where the unit I reserved was already booked, and she sorted it right away. It was a breath of fresh air after dealing with Public Storage, whose customer service can be nonexistent, and whose units are older, smaller, and more expensive. If you're trying to decide on a unit in New Orleans, GO WITH THIS PLACE.
