This storage facility was close to home and clean. However, they have a major issue with someone stealing the carts, such that almost every time we went (5 or 6 times in a two month period) there was no way to move things into or out of our unit. When I brought it up to the manager, I was told there was nothing they could do. I understand that this isn’t under the employees’ control, but I would hope that once the issue was identified the company would find a way to correct it so the customer wasn’t left inconvenienced. The rate is far too expensive for the unit to be functionally unusable more often than not.
