She was very nice she remained calm although I was very difficult to deal with she managed to keep her composure and have exceptional customer service if I was thinking of another storage company she was definitely the one who sealed my deal most of all a people person and she represented the company the way a manager should be I gave her five stars if there were a 10 star agreement that for sure would have been my decision great service clean environment and circulated air ventilation I recommend this storage company for all of your storage needs #repostalldayuntilthisyoungladyreceivearaise

Facility is easy to access and easy to navigate even after hours. Unit and facility were both very clean. I had an issue with my online booking and called the facility for assistance expecting a corporate hotline. Nicole answered from on location and was awesome! She was kind, helpful, and quick to resolve my issue. Very positive experience.
