Last week I rented a unit at this location, and found Greg’s customer service to be exceptional. I am in the middle of moving, and a little stressed out, but Greg made the process of renting a unit so easy. He personally gave me a tour to show me different options of unit sizes, than he helped me decide which unit would be suit my needs, than he helped me get the best price for my unit by paying ahead- which is saving me quite a bit of money. He made my experience wonderful - and I will continue using this facility because of Greg’s help. Thank you Greg!

This is my first experience with finding temporary storage for my belongings. I am glad that I found Gregory, a manager at Extra Space Storage, who explained their system to me-- clearly and directly. It is just what I needed to protect my belongings. Everything went as expected, along with a nice chat with the people involved! Highly recommended !

the staff are excellent! the lockers themselves are clean and well kept and the space is climate controlled and is very secure. carts are readily available for use and off street parking is also available for loading

I recently had an experience with Life Storage in Windsor Mill that highlighted both exemplary and poor customer service. My situation involved being past due on payments, and while I was fully prepared to settle my account, the response I received varied greatly depending on whom I spoke with. Initially, I dealt with Tina, the Director Trainer (DTR). Unfortunately, her handling of my situation was far from satisfactory. She showed little compassion or understanding of the financial strain I was under, which made an already stressful situation even more frustrating. At one point, she even dismissed me and passed me back to the representative I had been dealing with, claiming there was no one else higher up who could assist me. This lack of empathy and willingness to help was deeply disappointing. However, my experience took a positive turn when I managed to reach Gregory, the store manager. Gregory's approach was entirely different. He was not only professional but also genuinely empathetic and understanding. He listened to my concerns and treated me with respect and kindness, recognizing the financial burden I was facing. Gregory's ability to connect on a personal level and his readiness to assist me made a significant difference. He helped me navigate through the payment process, addressed a rate increase issue, and ultimately provided a solution that worked for both parties. His exceptional customer service skills turned a frustrating experience into a positive one. Kudos to Gregory for his phenomenal service. When I tell you have been struggling to find another place that fit my needs. Ive been renting from here for some months now and the agent Greg here have made renting amazing for me. I truly will recommend him and this location for your storage if ever in need this is the place to be.

JAN 2024- I rented this unit for my son storage that was in my house. It was very easy to rent online, great customer service, clean well-lit facility and very secure. JUNE 2024- I went in to finalize his move-out (check behind him). Kennedy and Ms. Loretta were the absolute best. Not only was it quick and easy but the ladies were fun to talk to. This task could've easily been a stressed filled trip and wait. Thankfully it turned into a well-organized, very professional, and quick process. I would use Extra Space Storage again and I will recommend. Thanks again Extra Space....Kennedy and Ms. Loretta, it's people like you in customer service that make the public enjoyable. Stay Safe....
