I booked a storage unit the day I was moving and I had lost my wallet the night before. When I arrived, I went in a met Kayla, the manager of this location. I was crying and I was a total mess because I was beyond overwhelmed. Kayla not only took me directly to my unit, but also saw how much stuff I had and told me the unit I rented wouldn't be large enough. She upgraded me to a larger unit as a courtesy and didn't charge me. I then left 2 chairs and a bed frame sitting outside because my son thought someone else may want them. I didn't realize this was considered to be leaving trash behind. But Kayla called me and told me if I didn't come get it, there would be a $50 fine. I showed up a day late to get the items but they were gone already. The fee was on my account already. Again, Kayla and her other employee kindly reduced the fee to $20 and I was good to go. I cannot say enough about Kayla and her ability to take a horrible experience and make me feel like someone actually cared what I was going through, not just as a customer, but as a person. This is something rare and hard to find. The building itself is easily accessible for larger trucks to load/unload in the rear. There were carts available. You have to use your code at the door and the elevator to get in or out so it's very safe. The climate inside is nice and cool not so hot you feel like you're dying like most inside storage places. I am very happy and will definitely recommend to anyone who needs storage. Also, the online booking process was SUPER easy. Took less than 5 minutes. Keep doing a great job! Team Kayla!!! ??

I’ve had my stuff stored here for about a year now, and it’s been super safe and secure. But beyond that, the customer service is top tier! Greg is the best—super kind and patient, explains everything clearly, and always willing to work with you on pricing, location, or whatever else you need—even things you didn’t even realize you needed! I saw him recommending the best type of lock to someone using the storage for their business, which just shows the kind of above-and-beyond service you get here. He even helped us lower our rate so we could lock in another year. If you're looking for great storage in Baltimore, I highly recommend this location!
