The assistant manager; Elexus; saved the day! I have been so overloaded due moving and was all over the place. I lost the key to the storage unit. She was able to cut it off with no hesitation; with a smile may I add. Nonetheless, she exhibited professionalism, patience and empathy. Please give this young lady a raise because she is exceptional!
