The booking process took 30 seconds, with a very friendly no pressure follow up call from an actual person. The folks at the front desk are super friendly! I got an interior unit which is clean, dry, temperature controlled and easy to get to with basically drive up access. I don’t use storage units at all but this really could not have been easier!

We had a temp control unit. Can't speak about others. Was with them for about a year. Easy in and out when I needed. If ever I need a storage unit again this is where I would go once again. Close to home and no issues. The guys there always helpful

This is my first time using Extra Space Storage. I am pleased with how simple and easy it was to set up online. Before I set up online , I had questions, and Ryan was great in assisting in showing me the various sizes I was interested in viewing. Everything was fast and easy, the space was clean and cool in temperature. Both Ryan and Lucky was very helpful and answered all my questions.
