This was my first time obtaining a storage unit. I completed my purchase online. The only issue I had was when I went to the store to provide my ID no one was there but they were still open. I came back on Monday and worked with Tina Brown (store manager) whom was absolutely pleasant and very helpful. I would definitely recommend working with Tina if you ever go to the Pikesville Location. Also, she shared with me everything I needed to know. i.e. the type of lock I wanted, the location on how to get to my unit etc. I love this place. The upkeep is top tier. It's really clean, well lit, and I feel safe with leaving my personal items there. 10/10 definitely recommend.
