Mike the manager was very polite & helpful. The lock keys were lost and he was very understanding and popped the lock for us. He runs a tight ship. The facility was always clean, clearly lit and very safe. The young lady that started my account (didn’t catch her name) was very nice too. I would refer business to this particular storage facility location.

Extra space as a company are a bunch of snakes, but, Michael S. Was a great help in getting my unit closed out. My price went from $175 to $374 in a year. A tip I was told was to prepay the rent which ive done on my unit. Anywho, if you call into this location, ask for michael, he is worth giving this place at least 4 stars just for how helpful he was in the whole process.this place would get 5 stars if they stood out by not practicing predatory pricing tactics.
