Had to stop by storage on a cold night and struggled getting the latch undone for my unit. Called the office and Mike was kind enough to come help me. Realized it was user error unfortunately, but he was so kind to come out in the cold and show me how to get the latch undone. Much, much appreciated!!

I really love this storage facility. I can come at night and still feel completely safe the whole place is well-lit and always clean. The cameras make me feel protected, and the staff has been super helpful anytime I’ve needed something. My unit is easy to access, and I’ve never had any issues with pests, leaks, or strange smells. Overall, it’s been a reliable, safe, and stress-free place to store my things. Highly recommend!

Clean lot, clean units, good rates, friendly employees. Customer service and integrity is a 12 out of 10 especially when dealing with Chuck. Recently I visited to pay my bill and dropped a check for my company on the ground, about an hour later Extra Space Storage calls me and Chuck is on the other end asking if it was mine. He could have done anything he wanted with that check, I'm blown away.
