I placed my reservation online. Was sent all the information I needed to head to my unit without a need to stop at the office. Discovered a couple of weeks in that the unit I had rented was going to be too small, so I went online again and entered my info requesting a larger unit. I received a phone call from the office, I was not going to be able to make it for a few days so he called me when I said I should be able to make it in. I had to wait an additional 24hrs but went in and talked to KD and he hooked me up with a new unit close to the old one. Highly recommend. Everything was smooth from beginning to hopefully (now that we have moved to the bigger unit) end.

They continue to increase rent without offering anything more. In 2 years the rent has MORE than doubled. Seems like their business strategy is to pull you in cheap then slowly increase prices hoping you either don't notice, or it's too inconvenient to change places.
