This storage facility is a distant travel from where I am located but I needed a storage like asap so speaking with Ms rose she was very knowledgeable polite and persistent at her work . She deserves to be in a High ranking position She funny and full of joy thank you corporate for having such polite and helpful people that work in your facilities .

Latasha and Paul are two very frendly people who give outstanding customer service all the their customers i have seen come into their office for storage. My parents have rented here for many years and wont leave to go closer totheir home because of the great services they receive at this location

Very clean well run establishment. Mr. Fishman as well as Melissa were very accommodating and professional. They even showed us where we needed to go and helped get our unit open. Customer service 5 stars!

Customer service is by far the best. It hasn’t not been the first time when I needed to pay a bill and have been treated with the best service. Highly recommend. Units are clean and staff are always friendly.

Easy and helpful set-up, and a decent rate. Not sure if its under the control of management at this facility, but I'm a little concerned about the "flexibility" of the rate. Seems it can be changed with little notice, and irregularly? But so far so good.

I recently rented a space and thanks to Latasha at the front desk I had an excellent experience. She was very cordial from the moment she answered the phone. He knowledge of Extra Space's available products and the associated costs was very impressive. When I arrived to do the paperwork she made it quick and easy. I was also impressed by the amount of security cameras. I now have a space there and I feel very good about it. Thanks again Latasha
