I have been with Extra Space Storage for over eight years and have been through many managers. I can honestly say that working with Tim and Phil has been nothing but an amazing experience. They have gone above and beyond to work with me and while I was going through difficult financial crisis they did whatever they could to make sure I did not lose my unit. They are both very pleasant welcoming and caring. I look forward to every month when I can go in and do business with them making payments. They don't just treat me like a customer of the storage facility they treat me like a person and to me that matters a great deal. I truly hope that both Tim and Phil continue to work fast Extra space storage for as long as I am a renter
