I’ve been with this location for almost a year or a little over a year and I’d say it’s been pretty good, the girl at the front desk is really helpful an nice always excellent customer service everytime I’m there, I’ve had 1 hick up there that wasn’t any of the employees fault but they made it right and got the problem resolved, the problem was more of the business fault an it seems to have been figured out (the parking lot was being redone but pretty sure it’s done now) beside that’s everything has been good an would recommend to other customers. The location is pretty decent, state police right down the st so your stuff should be safe who’s breaking into somewhere right next to the police station ????

The manager Alexis was such a sweet girl. I went thru a really hard time last year, I was homeless and naturally needed to put some things away until I solved the issue. When I went back to get my things I couldn’t fit it all in my teeny car. With it being so far away fro my new apt I can’t go back & she waived the fee for me. They were great. I was late on payments a few times & she always worked with me. There’s some really nice people here.

Overall very good experience. The intro rate went up by 40% after the first year(?), but the place was clean and felt pretty secure. Communication about automatic payments was consistent, and communication about unit close-out was excellent.
