It was an easy set up. Unfortunately not so much for canceling. Even after I cancelled and my rental unit stopped showing on my account information I'm still getting charged. I inquired about it via voicemail and am awaiting reasoning why I'm still getting billed for a unit that doesn't even show.on my acct with extra space for the Main St in Hudson location. Just keep in mind when it's time to terminate.

Tim the manager was very helpful. I had to use multiple units while we were moving and Tim was accommodating with location and capacity of units. Facility is clean, organized and easy to get moving trucks in and out. Manager and facility are first class and far better then other storage facilities I’ve used over the years.
