From the first visit to Extra Space in Kingston Deb was super helpful. She showed us different storage units to help us decide on the right size for our things. When we arrived to move our stuff in, Deb had the unit ready and clean with a lock and key waiting in there for us. She even recommended an amazing moving company too! We recently moved our belongings out to our new home. I called the office to let them know our unit was empty and spoke with Deb. Within an hour she emailed me that we were all set! Very easy process, clean and safe place.

Great experience using Extra Space Storage. The facility was well maintained and very secured. Deborah and the other staff were always friendly and accommodating. I have used them twice and would not hesitate to use them again.

Deb is amazing - very helpful with information and giving me the best options available for my needs. She made my transaction of switching to a smaller unit simple and pain-free. This location is very convenient and easy to navigate. I only wish the prices were comparable to what other same-size units are renting for. Make sure when storing items, you use bug/pest-safe containers. Otherwise, great experience!!

Deb was extremely helpful and polite. She took the time on Friday evening to ensure I was able to get into my storage unit after realizing I did not have my key. She sawed the lock off without hesitation, keeping a friendly conversation going the whole time.I hope her efforts do not go unnoticed, as this type of person is difficult to find in todays work force!
