Excellent experience. We were moving our son out of his dorm to an apartment for the summer. The walk up had a narrow staircase that some of his big pieces would be so hard to get in and we had to leave for a 5 hour drive home that night. I did a Google search and found Extra Space storage in Medford. It had great reviews so I called. I spoke with Steven, who was so kind and very knowledgeable and within minutes he explained everything and we had a storage bin all ready for us. We went an hour later and unloaded onto their carts and went straight to the unit. The lock was waiting for us right inside. The facility was so clean and so were all the lockers. I would absolutely recommend this storage facility to anyone.

Extra space storage is by far the best storage place I’ve ever used and experienced. The staff service is very informative and helpful and the building is very clean and they made it easy for me to move my stuff in and out.

Only 4-stars because my initial space was located in the office which inaccessible after office hours. This wasn’t explained on the website. The team made up for the lack of communication.
