Many friends & colleagues highly recommended this facility. After interacting with Melissa and the Manager, Jim Gillis I can see why there were so many positive comments. The service is exceptional here ! Mr. Gillis went out of his way to accommodate special requests and gave very generously of his time and energy to assist my family. After comparing many other storage facilities, I found Extra Space Storage to be the absolute best in price, location, customer service, & the secure, well maintained units they provide.

I rented my storage space at the Norwood location. Jim assisted me and couldn’t have been more helpful. He is super friendly and helped me get the best rate for two different units. I’ve been renting a parking spot for the past 6 months from extra storage space and it’s been great! Decent price for outside of Boston, and I felt totally safe with leaving my car there. If you are looking to rent a parking spot in the Boston area you should definitely take advantage of extra space storage.

This storage facility was great.Clean, easy to get to, everything on the first floor and reasonably priced. The staff was helpful and found me lockers close to the doors when possible. Easy move in and move out process

Jim is the best! Super easy set up as well as move out. We only needed to use for 3 months but we felt our stuff was safe, facility was super clean, and everything was easily completed online and contactless during COVID

Jim at Extra Space Storage in Norwood MA was great to deal with. He was able to get me into a large storage unit in less than a day. And when the movers filled that up, Jim set me up with a second smaller unit on the spot. He made the experience very easy for me! Clean facility with easy access to the units. I'd definitely use them again.

When I had an unexpected need to store my entire home's contents, Jim stepped in to to save the day without hesitation. He was able to get me into a large unit the same day I called.
