I'm very disappointed for the reason that he went yesterday to the store to be able to talk to the store manager but he wasn't there and I left him a message with the person who was in charge at that time apparently sent it to my brother today 12/02/2025 because my unit was about to auction and the reason for me sending my brother as I said is because he wanted to reach a payment arrangement when his mind he arrived at the store the man was with an incredible attitude uff he told me that Hera the store manager because I explained my situation and I told him that I still didn't have the full money because I wanted to pay 500 dollars and he told me no and that he didn't care and that he didn't have time to be talking to me if I didn't look for him 650 dollars he talked to me in an inappropriate way he is a white man with glasses I don't know what's wrong he couldn't help me

Everything about this place is great, except what they charge you. I rented just over a year ago. My initial rate was increased by more than 50% after just a few months, and now after a year they have increased it again. It is now more than twice what I originally agreed to play. Once they have your stuff - you are hostage to their pricing.
