Although I have nothing negative regarding the space, cleanliness, ease of entry. I do have an issue with the pricing. I have only had my unit 7 months, and the pricing increased after 4 months. I was told to expect an Increase annually on the anniversary date, which will be in August. I guess Extra Space Storage knows they have a captive audience, as most people don’t want to have to move their unit to another facility. Therefore, they can and will continue to increase the monthly fee whenever they choose.
