I have been storing with Extra Space for over a decade and I have been mostly satisfied with the company. They certainly rate higher than other storage companies and the place i store at is always clean. I just moved to a new space in saugus ma. I rented my new space online which failed to complete but the next morning, Scott, the saugus manager straightened everything out. I remember Scott from the lynn ma site and found him to be professional and helpful. I am thankful to be storing again at a site that he manages. Thank you Scott for your outstanding service.
