Very happy with the storage unit I rented. I needed it because of a home renovation. I had to move a lot of stuff out of the house so that the renovation could happen. The unit and the building are very clean, there are carts and elevators so that I can get my things in and out of the 2nd floor unit easily. The staff was always friendly and knowledgeable. There's packing material (boxes, tape, etc) available for purchase on site, which is very convenient. The location is excellent for me, just a few blocks for my house. So although it's a bit expensive, the proximity to home made it worth it. The app and website both work perfectly. It was easy to go online, select a unit and pay for it. When I got to the unit for the first time, there was a lock waiting for me and I was able to move my stuff in right away. I use the app to unlock the main door to the facility, and that works every time. I do have one complaint: the light bulb is burnt out and the guy at the desk said he's not allowed to change it, and neither am I. I don't understand this policy, and it is frustrating. At night or on cloudy days it's impossible to see in there. It's a great facility, just bring a flashlight.
