Everything was easy and quick. People who I spoke to were very helpful but they forgot to tell me about paying for insurance each month. Not a real big deal but they should be sure you know that to help figure out the cost monthly. Definitely will use again if needed.

My experience was not perfect, because the units can actually measure slightly different than the advertise amounts. But Renee single-handedly turned this less than ideal experience into an amazing one! She was there to answer every question I had and bent over backwards to help me. I don’t know when i’ll need a storage unit again, but if I ever do, I’ll feel safe going there because of Renee

I called the toll-free number made a reservation and it was very quick and easy and then Michael called me from the Easton location, which was great because it saved me a lot of time and we did everything we needed right over the phone. It was a very easy process, and Michael explained everything he was great and I would come Michael and the Easton location again it was great. I can’t see enough great things because I’ve used other storage facilities and this was just so easy.
