I have moved this past weekend and had a different space at a different company that was suppose to be held but closed earlier than I was told. I was sitting in the parking lot, moving truck full and my car packed up with my family helping me all day in 90 degree weather waiting to unload and go home. In a pinch I googled storage places near my new location and extra space storage popped up. Immediately I was connected to a friendly woman over the phone who found me a space for my belongings, bigger than what I was offered at the other company for only $10 more. I then got a phone call from the extra space storage near me and was greeted by a pleasant woman named Renee! As I was lied through the door she greeted me again and was fast and got right to My needs! Amazing customer service over the phone and in store ! Couldn’t be any happier
