I've rented units at a few storage spaces over the years, and Extra Space Storage was good enough to repeat in a different location. Sharon, the manager, in Wakefield, was very helpful in presenting all of my various options for short term and long term storage during a move. I've continued to have changes in what I've needed, and she and her staff have always been friendly and informative as to what's available.

Best storage facility I've ever used, and I've used so so many across the US. AND IT'S ALL BECAUSE OF SHARON!!!! Sharon, you are so great to work with. Sharon has a voice for radio, she should contact herlocal NPR station and see about getting a gig there. Please give Sharon a raise. She is one of the biggest reasons I have loved this storage facility more than any other. Customer service is top notch, and there's no question she can't answer. 12 out of 10.
