First day moving in was kind of ruff which was on a Sunday, no staff available. After I figured out the procedure to get in with the second door (code) and the cart wheels rolling the right way. I was fine and was able to enjoy the comfort of being in doors along with the bright lightings . Doe (fast) closing the convenient of the elevator being near.

Convenient, quick and easy access to the storage place without having to step inside the store/office. general managers attentiveness and patience during the process. It’s a little harder to find the unit on your own so when they offer you the tour to see the unit take it lol. but outside of that amazing!

I've been with them for a minute. I wasn't able to put my belongings in my apartment, so I had to put it in storage. Liz is a good manager and she will work with you. The storage is basically new. Doesn't smell like mice and is very clean. Just as long as you pay your monthly rent, you won't have any issues.
