I have had the pleasure of working with Amber 3 times now, and each time she has been the epitome of pleasant and professional. I will admit, that our first meeting, I left less than to be desired in an individual, but Amber handled me expertly, calmly and professionally - all with having her boss sitting right next to her! Move in was SO easy and move out was even better! The people running this place are out of this world KIND! I unfortunately waited until the end of the month to move out (when new payment was due) and I thought they would make me pay another month bc I didn’t give any heads up. I went into the office to discuss it and the woman behind the counter was just a DREAM! My account was taken care of in a matter of 2 minutes. I will DEFINITELY be back for more storage needs in the future!
