Had some issues arise with the storage unit, but Miranda was nothing but supportive, and went above and beyond to rectify the issues. I wish I could give her a higher review, but she definitely deserves the high five! I would definitely recommend this facility, and if my need for storage arises, this is where my money will go!

The process of getting the locker was extremely smooth and after shopping around with other companies, can confidently say the care and engagement of the team is unmatched. The storage unit is spotless, feels like i’m the first one using it and when the team walked me back to look at it and lock it up, they called out the need for ice melt because of some of the build up and that was all taken care of before I returned to store items for the first time. Highly recommend for anyone needing storage short term or long as the rental is month to month, which is another huge bonus!

I did online rapid rental and was in my rental until within an hour. Seemless transaction, received texts and emails with all the info that I needed. Rental space was clean and well lit. Received phone follow up from Steven next day to make sure everything was as it should be, which it was. Very satisfied.

This is for the location in Cottage Grove, MN. I rented the unit online. Within a short amount of time after clicking the final button, I had a phone call from Steven to welcome me to Extra Space Storage. He let me know what to expect and that I would find a welcome packet and the lock in the unit. Asked me to come within 24 hours. I told him we would be there that evening before they closed. We got there before they were "ready". Steven had already sent me the information before we got there. Once there, the lock wasn't in the unit, but I guess we got there too quick. Called Steven and a woman (Sorry, didn't catch her name) was out with the lock within a few minutes. She explained how the door and lock worked and a little about the surroundings. She was nice and friendly. The only down side was the entry to the area. They were fixing part of their two driveways, so getting in and out with the vehicle was a little tight. Hopefully it's all fixed by the time we get there with the moving truck in a couple weeks. Also, everything was well lit and the place seemed very clean, both inside and out.

I was able to rent online for a very good price. The paperwork was taken care of online and over the phone. The spaces are clean and other than a small confusion in reading the map they sent, my space was easy to find and access. I am very pleased so far with my entire experience.

So far my dealing with Extra Space Storage have been great. I set everything up online with no problems. When my storage unit was ready they called me to let me know. The message was friendly and welcoming. The email was helpful and had a map to help show me when my storage unit is. The unit was clean and ready to go when we arrived. So far so good...
