Great experience with this company at this location. Chad answered all our questions, took time to walk through the process, showed us units available and went with us when we first used our code to gain entry and get to our unit. Super service and we would highly recommend.

The checkin at the desk was great. We had rented there before so I guess he figured we knew how to find our assigned space but we wandered the maze for close to half hour trying to find it. We weren't in a real hurry so it was sort of a fun adventure but not everyone would see it that way. Next time I'll make sure to let the person know I would appreciate a little more guidance.

Service was decent! I wouldn't recommend getting a unit over the phone. It's just harder to get a unit you need without looking at it.
